The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Statens Vegvesen) is in charge of planning and construction on the E6 Gardermoen to Biri project.

Two dedicated offices have been set up for the E6 project operational units, at the Norwegian Public Roads Administration’s offices at Parkgata 54 in Hamar and at Sand near Oslo Airport Gardermoen.
