Access services via Altinn
You can use services provided by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration on Your Page on behalf of an enterprise.
In order to access these services, you must have been given access to them in Altinn.
In Altinn you can view all services and forms from the Norwegian Public Roads Administration that may be accessed.
How to access a service
To use a service on behalf of an enterprise, you need to have access to the service. You may be given access or be assigned a role by a person within the enterprise who holds the role of Access manager.
You can get direct access to the service, or you can be assigned a role that gives you such access.
What is a role?
A role may contain access to multiple services. All roles have a name.
A person with the role of Access manager can create new roles.
The role of Transport
A person with the role of Transport may give a user access to use most of the services provided by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. This also applies to future services. We recommend only giving this role to employees who need access to all our services.
The role of Mail/archive
A person with the role of Mail/archive may read digital post to the enterprise.
The role of Access manager
A person with the role of Access manager may
- give other users access to the enterprise’s services
- establish new roles
- collect the rights to multiple services into one role

Log in to Your Page via ID-porten
ID-porten is a joint log-in facility for online public services. Once you have been given access to a service, log in to Your Page to use the service. You log in via ID-porten.
For some services or facilities, it is not enough to have access.
The services below require more than access before they can be used:
When applying for approval as a garage/workshop or testing centre
When you use the service to submit an application, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration sends a confirmation message that can be read in the company's inbox in Altinn and on Your Page. To view the message, you need to have access to read digital post for the company.
The register of disability parking permits
To access the register of disability parking permits you must be registered as a case handler in Altinn for your municipality.

Before you can register parking areas in the parking register, your enterprise must be registered as a parking provider.
