We use the Hotjar analysis tool to learn how selected web pages and facilities work. Through Hotjar, we can see if users for example view and click on links, buttons, menus and form fields, and how far down they scroll on our pages.

Our users’ IP addresses are anonymised and contents users enter in form fields are encrypted before they are stored.

On our web pages we carry out surveys using the Questback tool 2-4 times per year. These surveys are anonymised, and the tool is only active while the survey is going on.

Users may submit feedback directly on certain web pages and in our digital facilities (Your Page). Users can choose to provide written feedback in a text field in answer to “Did you get the help you needed?” and/or select the reply “Yes” or “No”. Users are instructed not to enter personal data or other identifiable information. Feedback is stored in the Optimizely publishing platform for 3 months.
