If your driving licence has expired due to health reasons, you need to present a valid health certificate, and - if applicable - a valid eyesight certificate, when you come to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office (trafikkstasjon). The health certificate must be no older than 3 months before it is submitted to us. Your new driving licence will be issued with a length of validity based on your health certificate.

Fees for licence renewal and new photos are listed here.
