The project is divided into seven subprojects
The E39 Coastal Highway Route is a high-complexity project, and it requires technology that has never been tried out before.
A steering committee has been established for the project, chaired by the Director-General of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (NPRA). The planning and building of the projects along the E39 is managed by the relevant NPRA divisions.
