We have adjusted the fees payable for services at our Driver and Vehicle Licensing Offices from 1 February. At the same time, we have been having technical problems in our vehicle test booking facility during the transition period, which means that some users may have paid the wrong amount.
Have you paid an amount that is too low? Then you will not have to take any action.
Have you paid too much? Then you can apply for a refund.
The fee rate will now have been updated when you pay for a vehicle test.
