  • New driving licence rules for young drivers: accompanied driving

    From 26. November 2028, you can get a driving licence for passenger cars at the age of 17. Until you turn 18, you will still need to be accompanied.

  • New driving licence rules for alternatively-fuelled vehicles

    From 26 November 2027, a driving licence for passenger cars will entitle you to drive heavier vehicles than today, such as electric cars or hybrid cars.
