We have changed corporate form, merged or have a new organisation number
If you have a new organisation number, you need to apply for new operator’s licences.

We have changed the name of our enterprise
If the name of your enterprise has been changed, you should notify us.

The enterprise has been deleted or declared bankrupt
If the enterprise is closed down, the licences may be revoked.

We have lost a licence document
If you lose your operator’s licence documents, you must report this to us.
