The enterprise has been deleted or declared bankrupt
If the enterprise is closed down, the licences may be revoked.
The company has been deleted
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (NPRA) will receive a notification from the Brønnøysund Register Centre that the company has been deleted.
If the licences have not already been returned to the NPRA from the transport operator, you will receive a notification that the licences may be revoked, and you will have three weeks to express your opinion on the matter. If no changes are made during the dissolution process, the licences will be revoked.
The enterprise is bankrupt
The NPRA will receive a notification from the Brønnøysund Register Centre that the enterprise is bankrupt.
If the licences have not already been returned to the NPRA from the transport operator, they will be revoked without notice.
Return of operator’s licence documents
Fill in the form on paper. The form must be sent by post, together with the original licence documents, to:
