API for leasing companies
The NPRA may provide leasing companies with an API that enables them to change the lessees of their own vehicles digitally.
Users of the API can integrate their professional systems with Autosys Vehicles and enter or remove lessees digitally for their own vehicles.
To access the API, users must first accept certain terms and conditions. By accepting these terms, you accept the enterprise’s obligations and rights as users of the facility. The terms and conditions also contain information about the purpose of the facility, access control and what happens if terms are violated. You accept the terms and conditions on Your Page.
To view and sign agreements on behalf of an enterprise, you need access in Altinn to the two single services “View agreement details on behalf of the enterprise” and “Sign agreements on behalf of the enterprise” or an access package that includes these services. Which set of terms and conditions that is relevant for your enterprise depends on whether the enterprise will be using the API directly or as a third party on behalf of another enterprise.
If you require services to which you currently do not have access in Altinn, you should contact the person responsible for access management in your enterprise. This is usually the Managing Director / CEO, Chair of the Board, or others who act as "Access manager". Read more about access on behalf of an enterprise.
Users with the role "Flåteeier"
You who hold the role “Flåteeier” (fleet owner) in Autosys kjøretøy bransjeløsning should accept the terms and conditions in “Agreement on API for lessee API” if you are going to use the API directly on behalf of your own enterprise.
Users who provide vehicle services on behalf of another enterprise
The facility may also be used by those who manage vehicle services on behalf of another enterprise and who are not themselves owners of the vehicle or hold the role of "Flåteeier" (fleet owner). This requires that the enterprise holding the fleet owner role delegates the right in Altinn to the enterprise that does not have it. The terms and conditions in the "NAME OF AGREEMENT” must be accepted by enterprises that are going to use the API on behalf of another enterprise.
When you accept the terms, you will get access to the API and more detailed information about how to use it in the information portal for Autosys.
