Apply for an exemption for abnormal transports
If you are going to transport a loading unit which cannot be divided into two or more parts, you must apply for an exemption from the regulations.
Applications for exemptions for abnormal transports can be submitted through the online service VegSak. The service requires a username and a password.
When you have received an e-mail with your login information, you can submit applications through VegSak.

Apply for exemptions at least three days in advance
Applications for exemptions must be submitted at least three days prior to the date the transport is to take place.
Through VegSak you can apply for exemptions for
- one or more transports within one NPRA region
- a single transports through several NPRA regions up to 3.25 m wide
- a single transport through several NPRA Regions up to 20 metres in length with a semi-trailer
